Prime Minister Omar Abdirashid has today offered an apology over his FM’s call for foreign troops; he said it has never been their attention to harm the people’s feeling. He was addressing a news conference after he emerged a cabinet crises meeting over the explosive issue.
He also said that the cabinet has instructed the foreign minister to hold news conference and offer an apology
